Our professional Embroidery Digitizing Service is designed to convert your logo or design into a format that embroidery machines can read and stitch with precision. This process, known as digitizing, involves creating a specialized embroidery file — including a DST file — that tells the machine exactly how to sew your design, including stitch types, paths, and thread directions.

This is a one-time fee that covers the creation of both the master embroidery file and a DST file, ensuring your design is ready to be run on a commercial embroidery machine. Once digitized, your design can be used on a wide range of products such as hats, polos, jackets, tote bags, patches, and more.

⚠️ Please note: Not every logo or image is ideal for embroidery in its original form. We may need to simplify or adjust certain elements to ensure the best result in thread. We’ll communicate with you during this process to preserve the integrity of your design.

📏 Standard-size digitizing includes designs sized for left chest placement, caps, and similar applications. If your project involves a large format design (e.g. jacket backs), an additional fee may apply.
